Create a Memorial Giving Page
Honour the memory of a loved one by making a memorial donation to Calgary Health Trust. When you donate to the Trust, you transform the memory of a loved one into a lasting legacy - a legacy that can make a difference in the lives of others.
When you make a memorial gift, a card is sent to the designated person or family in recognition of your gift. The amount of your gift will not be disclosed and you will receive a tax receipt. All donations to the Trust may be directed to an area of health care that is meaningful to you.
Often, families suggest that donations are made to a charity instead of sending flowers and we are extremely grateful for donations made in this way. Another option offered by Calgary Health Trust is to create a memorial page in honour of a loved one.
If you are making a donation in memory of someone who does not already have a memorial page, please click to make a general donation and fill out the tribute information at the bottom of the page.
For more information please email Nicole Kitson, Annual Giving Officer or call 403-943-0634.
